Due to paradigm shifts in technology and processes related to the AEC industry, V4, LLC was formed in April 2010 as the consulting services arm of Holman’s of Nevada. The company is a combination of 40 years of experience in construction, surveying and consulting engineering with 35 years of industry leading technological innovation. V4 provides BIM implementation consulting services to companies that have committed to change; that want to adapt to the rapidly growing demand for the virtual design and construction process of project delivery. V4 also provides services to owners and organizations that desire to convert their old 2D data and existing facilities into a 3D format suitable for managing and or expanding by using the value and benefits of the virtual design and construction process.

Experience
- Ongoing project with UNLV to provide 3D data acquisition and modeling of existing facilities for incorporation into campus planning and facilities management.
- Provided as-built 3D data acquisition and modeling of select underground utilities for pre-construction planning for the campus renovation of local high school.
- Provided planning, design and construction support for demolition and re-construction of sanitary sewer system at warehouse complex operated by Bureau of Reclamation, Hoover Dam.
- Provided 3D modeling, cost and quantity analysis and report and 3D exhibits leading to the successful resolution of litigation involving residential properties near Henderson, NV.
- Consulted with owners and contractors assisting with BIM implementation.
- Consulted with owners and provided training for site grading, costing and feasibility analysis.
- Provided HD scanning and 3D modeling for the new waste water treatment facility, City of Las Vegas NV.
