NevBIM 3.0 at Switch: Leveraging Cloud Computing to Optimize Nevada Workflow

The June 2012 version of NevBIM, hosted at Switch Las Vegas (SuperNAP), focused on understanding cloud computing and making adjustments to existing business planning, workflow, and process to incorporate the technology.

November 28th, 2011 at Autodesk University Leadership Forum

The second installment of NevBIM was held in November at Autodesk University 2011 Leadership Forum. This meeting focused on new methods of project delivery to help Nevada regain and grow sustainable and profitable economic development opportunities. Topics include:

  • Infrastructure improvement initiatives – Statewide GPS base reference network
  • Insight and education concerning Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC)
  • Encouraging economic development in Nevada statewide

June 14th, 2011 at Springs Preserve
