Outside Sales Consultant

Proven track record – developing, maintaining, and managing business relationships and customer accounts

  • Generate leads and conduct sales presentations
  • Accurately measure customer needs applicable to Holman’s products/services
  • Documenting activities in our CRM database
  • Attending internal sales training and development as scheduled

Inside Sales/Admin

Assist Outside Sales Consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth for assigned customer accounts.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, generating quotations, document activities
  • Process and track orders
  • Complete order sheets, checking prices and quantity of each item listed
  • Effective interactions with vendors and other departments
  • Coordinating order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
  • Maintain customer files – CRM and accounting systems
  • Develop and maintaining customer relationships
  • Investigate and resolve customer ordering issues

  • Keen ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work

25-year Autodesk Authorized Value Added Reseller. Holman’s BIM & CAD team offers consultation, professional services, training and products for design-build-manage industries.

  • Provide tactical and strategic direction regarding Autodesk-centric solution sets
  • Install, configure and provide support for Autodesk software
  • Stay informed on best practices regarding Autodesk software
  • Troubleshoot customer software issues
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions (CAD & BIM software)
  • Maintain high level of technical competency; attend Autodesk-related software training as required
  • Consult in Holman’s customer BIM project setup and BIM Processes

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Experience using and supporting Autodesk software products
  • Teaching and presentation skills
  • Design/Construction industry experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Network Technician

Highly skilled technicians to assist with IT-related projects ranging from systems integration to network security and technical support.

  • Checks every computer and software involved in a network connection and make sure they are working smoothly
  • Update customer’s network manager regarding installations and configurations of a computer network
  • Assists in repairing and maintaining infrastructure related to network like operating system, routers etc.
  • Analyze all the technical components in case of any problem and rectify them
  • Writes material for information conveyance to network manager

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Microsoft certification(s)
  • IT administration and project experience
  • Able to investigate, solve network related problems
  • Clearly communicate to understand the problem
  • Able to learn new technology relating to the present network
  • Masterful at controlling operating systems and server, and desktop systems
  • Able to deal with pressure in tough situations
