Autodesk LT Product Subscribers to Receive Advanced Support
Autodesk Advanced Support for LT Product Subscribers
Starting February 7, 2016, all term-based subscriptions to LT products will include Advanced Support at no extra cost. On that date, customers on a term-based subscription to an LT product will be automatically transitioned to their new support level. And all LT product renewals after that date will be on Advanced Support. Autodesk LT products include:
- AutoCAD LT for Mac
- AutoCAD LT
- Inventor LT
- Revit LT
- Inventor LT Suite
- Revit LT Suite
LT product subscribers will receive that phone support by logging onto the Autodesk Knowledge Network, then scheduling a call with an Autodesk Tech Support Specialist.
